Take your time, we give you 30 days to decide! If you are not 100% satisfied with what you ordered, please keep the tags on and we will gladly take them back. Once we have received your return, we will issue you a store credit to your leggings.ca account OR apply a refund to your original method of payment.
Shipping is FREE for your 1st return. You must use the return label we provide, then send back and postmark the package within 30 days from the purchase date.
We make returning a product easy! Once you have decided to return an item, please head over to our return center, https://returns.leggings.ca/.
Once we have received your return, our team will process the request within 5-7 business days, and you will be notified by email.
If you have already returned items from previous order but would like to make returns for additional items, these are the two methods:
- You can pay $10CAD for an additional return label fee, which will be deducted from your refund
- You can use your own shipping method at your own cost
*Any items sent back without documentation, tags, or have been worn will not qualify for a refund and will be sent back to you at your expense or donated to a local charity. We do not offer exchanges at this time. All items purchased on clearance are final sale. Other items that are final sale upon purchase are all accessories including scrunchies, face masks and jewelry. Should your item have a manufactured defect, please email email@example.com for support.
